This is a hybrid hearing for Red Light appeals. There may be two sessions: 9 AM and 1:30 PM
The Special Magistrate shall conduct the quasi-judicial enforcement procedures of Ordinance 09-64, Hillsborough County Red Light Camera Enforcement Ordinance, in the same or similar manner as with other ordinance violations and shall also consider appeals of red light camera violations filed pursuant to the Ordinance.
Any person who decides to appeal the decision of the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate to the Circuit Court with respects to any matter considered at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purposes, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
An appeal must be filed within thirty (30) days after the execution of the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate’s Order
