Leadership - Building A Team

Leadership is not management. Management is important of course, however leadership is more fundamental. In this workshop we will discuss various approaches to leadership. How is leadership defined and what does it look like in the workplace? Military Veterans will specifically be interested in Formal Leadership versus other sources and styles. Our workshop will also delve into the delicate balance of starting the team. Tight budgets but still need to get work done. Business owners often think long term. Great to think about establishing your full team but how do you take that first step? Who is your first hire? When do you need to hire them? What other legal and ethical considerations should be considered?
