Eligibility and Enrollment - determines Veteran eligibility to utilize VA services and enrolls the Veteran into the Medical Center. Changing your primary hospital if you wish.
Patient Travel - Beneficiary Travel reimbursement for VA, Choice & Fee based (Community Care) appointments for eligible Veterans, Patient Funds, Special Mode Transportation for eligibble Veterans.
Patient Experience - Constantly evaluating and improving a patients experience when they visit the Medical Center
Patient Advocate - Advocates for patients' rights and helps solve any problems/conflicts
Outreach - Mobile awareness service whose emphasis is on enrolling Veterans into the VA system
Whole Health - A mind, body, and spirit approach to health care
Women's Health - serves the women Veteran population
My Healthy Vet - VA's online platform to make appointments, refill prescriptions, instant message your provider and view health records
Voluntary - oversees and supervises volunteers at the medical facility and accepts donations to benefit hospitalized Veterans. We need volunteers for the new Riverview clinic, learn how you can help
Geriatrics and Extended Care - provides services to the geriatric Veteran population including in-home, respite, and long-term care.
