    • Act as the center's "Ambassador of First Impressions"
    • Exhibit the ability to multitask & engage with multiple guests
    • Greet every guest with a smile, eye contact & enthusiasm.
    • Provide information on services, promotions, pricing & specials
    • Promptly assist & respond to all customer questions or requests
    • Answer phones in a prompt, professional & pleasant manner
    • Prepare for league play; start league play on time; process league payments
    • Track lane availability; assign open lane
    • Assign rental shoes & disinfect them upon return
    • Advise Mechanics of lane issues
    • Accurately ring in both cash & credit card sales
    • Knowledge & compliance with all procedures & policies related to cash management
    • Ensure that front desk is neat, well organized & welcoming
    • Ensure that all opening &/or closing checklists are completed each shift
    • Other Duties may be assigned

    Job Requirements: What you will bring

    • Proven track record in school and/or previous job experiences
    • Relevant experience preferred
    • Prior job experience with cash handling & public interaction responsibilities is preferred
    • Able to work independently with high volume traffic
    • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills; ability to work under pressure amid distractions & interruptions
    • Possess outgoing & friendly manner; courteous & cooperative attitude
    • Ability to work in a friendly, honest & diligent manner with fellow team members, supervisors & managers
    • Must have reliable transportation
    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • Must have OPEN availability during hours of operation:
    • Sunday-Thursday, 9:00 AM - 12:00 AM

    Physical Requirements:

    • Mustbe able to stand for 6-8 hour shifts
    • Must be able to kneel, squat & bend repeatedly
    • May be required to lift/push/pull over 50 pounds

    Job Type: Part-time

    $10 - $11 per hour
