    Job Title: Member Services Coordinator

    Summary: A Member Services Coordinator works at the center of High 5 and supports all programs throughout the organization. This role requires enthusiastic energy, great customer service, problem solving and multitasking skills. This is a full-time leadership position with several areas for personal development and growth.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Provide excellent services to all members, families, students, and co-workers
    • Create and maintain an extremely welcoming, caring, and professional environment for all
    • Work in a team environment to build and maintain healthy, cooperative relationships
    • Adhere to and successfully implement all policies and procedures, both organizationally and departmentally
    • Communicate effectively and trouble shoot to resolve issues as they arise
    • Answer/direct phones and emails in a professional manner
    • Be on time and prepared the team for all daily and weekly duties
    • Execute engaging and detailed trainings for the Member Services team
    • Support all programs as needed
    • Educate families of all programs and encourage Membership enrollment
    • Be proactive in daily responsibilities and takes ownership when certain situations arise
    • Report back to the Family Experience Director on daily Member Services operations and updates
    • Ability to take direction and delegate responsibilities effectively and efficiently

    • Complete additional duties as assigned by their supervisor Qualifications:
    • Experience with leading and developing a team
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
    • Satisfactory Criminal Reference Check
    • First Aid, CPR and AED certified, can be provided by High 5
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software
    • Flexible schedule with the ability to work an occasional Saturday
