Tiffaney Mikell will become the principal of Frost Elementary School, replacing Anthony Montoto (as of 4/26/19). Mikell, 41, joined the district in 2001 as a teacher at Robles Elementary. From there, she taught at Twin Lakes Elementary, Just Elementary and FishHawk Creek Elementary. She was a peer mentor at FishHawk Creek and then an assistant principal at Foster Elementary and Mango Elementary.
