Greater Riverview Chamber of Commerce
Celebrates the One Year Anniversary of
Tea, Bowls and Desserts LLC
Greater Riverview Chamber of Commerce (GRCC) members were invited recently to celebrate the one year anniversary of Teas, Bowls and Desserts (TBD@301)! GRCC members along with staff, friends, and family, enjoyed learning about what TBD@301 has to offer and tasting some of their fantastic desserts. The festivities began at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, July 24th.
TBD's Vision is to innovate new healthy trends in food business and inspire young entrepreneurs that there is always a new way of doing things. Their Mission - To connect people with natural food products to nurture healthy living in every humanity, while building relationships with every quality food service and product they provide, one cup at a time. As their namesake eludes, they offer a plethora of tea flavors, filipino inspired savory meal bowls, and delightful, unique desserts such as Matcha Cheesecake with Oreo.
Clouds rolled in and rain began to fall outside, but that had no bearing on the lively and hospitable celebration inside the café. Co-Founders, husband and wife team, Jerwin and Isabella, sure know how to make people feel welcome and enjoy sharing their passion for tea with all they meet. Their passion goes beyond their storefront and expands to the community around them. TBD focuses on waste management and belongs to several social initiatives that serve the betterment of the community.
During the event, Honorary Mayor of Riverview Bill Andrew, Aldea Green – Eagle Senior Living, delivered a proclamation that not only reminded guests that TBD encourages you to Choose Fresh, Choose Healthy, but also named July 24, 2019 to be Tea, Bowls and Desserts Day!
TBD is located on the Southeast corner of Falkenburg and US-301. This is across from Publix and our good friends at Nationwide Vision, in the same plaza as Victory Carwash and Dunkin Donuts. Their exact address is 3840 US-301 S, Riverview, FL 33578. You can also order online via their website at https://www.tbdcafe.com/ .
