Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Board & Brush Apollo Beach
 
The Greater Riverview Chamber of Commerce joined with SouthShore Chamber of Commerce for a joint Ribbon Cutting Ceremony in celebration of the new Creative Studio for GRCC member, Board & Brush Apollo Beach.  Guests were treated to a beautiful charcuterie display, as charcuterie boards and platters are one of Board & Brush’s DIY projects.  Guests included Commissioner Gwen Myers, along with a local Girl Scout Troop with many cookies on hand.  Those in attendance toured the facility, seeing the many projects on display and the new Creative Studio.

Board & Brush is a DIY wood sign workshop where you can create your own unique and trendy farmhouse classic projects under the experienced guidance of the workshop instructor while enjoying a complimentary glass of beer or wine.  Choose from a large selection of workshops, or book a private event.  You will choose a design from a gallery of hundreds of possibilities, then leave with a beautiful creation to proudly display.

At the Ribbon Cutting celebration, there was a Proclamation delivered by GRCC Ambassador, Joe Eletto of Century 21 Beggins.  He recognized February 17, 2023, to be Board & Brush Apollo Beach Day, and asked attendees to duly note and remember that at Board & Brush, “YOU will become a DIY Master!”
