Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), sponsored by Verizon, will award eligible small businesses with $10,000 grants, particularly in historically underserved communities hit hard by the pandemic. With an overall commitment of $10 million, eligible expenses for the grant include: Paying rent and utilities, meeting payroll, paying outstanding debt to vendors, upgrading technology infrastructure, and other immediate operational costs.
Applicants may apply for one business only and must be 18 years of age to apply. The grant application closes on Tuesday, February 9th at 11:59PM ET, so apply now! For more information about eligibility and FAQs, click here.
