    Greater Riverview Chamber of Commerce
    Celebrates 10 Years of
    The Bridges Retirement Community
On Thursday, November 7, 2019, Greater Riverview Chamber of Commerce (GRCC) members gathered to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of The Bridges Retirement Community. Executive Director of The Bridges, Donna Steiermann, and their Director of Community Relations and GRCC Board Member, Janet Noah, along with several friendly staff members were on hand to welcome everyone who came to celebrate with them. A festive beverage station offering hand crafted pumpkin spice sangria and an array of tasty hors d'oeuvres were enjoyed by attendees.
The Bridges is an assisted living and memory care residence that offers an innovative and exciting approach to carefree living during your retirement years. They offer the comforts of home, along with services and amenities that are designed expressly to meet the needs and interests of active seniors who require daily assistance. They describe living at The Bridges “like a resort, only better. It’s home.”
During the celebration, Executive Director of The Bridges, Donna Steiermann took a moment to thank everyone who joined them in celebrating their anniversary. Steiermann emphasized the importance of The Bridges staying connected to the community and stated, “We value the many community partners and the relationships we have developed over the past 10 years.”
The 10th Anniversary celebratory ribbon was cut in the clubhouse area in front of the grand piano and Honorary Mayor of Riverview, Bill Andrew, Tessera of Brandon delivered a proclamation. He recognized November 7, 2019 to be The Bridges Retirement Community Day! And reminded all who gathered that The Bridges helps to maximize enjoyment of everyday activities.
